Known as France’s hidden corner, the south west region is tucked away between the Pyrenees Mountains and Spain to the south, Bordeaux to the north, the Atlantic Ocean on the West and the Mediterranean to the south east. It’s the 5th largest wine region of France, and the cheese isn’t bad either.
We’ve selected five pairings which showcase the rich harvests from this corner of France.
